Can you please come and check on a dog? He is left outside all the time and his owner is drunk most of the time so he only gets fed if he remembers he has a dog. Our humane investigators immediately went out and sure enough, here was a young dog, tied outside, not quite sure if he was going to get the same treatment he got from the person that was supposed to take care of him. If this was all he had ever known, how could we blame him if he was a little bit suspicious at first. He has turned out to be an affectionate guy that loves to run around, all silly, just like a puppy, sometimes even not stopping in time.
